To make online ordering as easy as possible for our customers we will guide you step by step through the ordering process.
All information transmitted during ordering is secure and encrypted and therefore cannot be accessed by unauthorized parties.
In order to process your online order, we need your name, your e-mail address and information concerning delivery and invoice. When ordering, you can pay with a Visa or a Mastercard.
We save data like your name, address, telephone number in a separate account protected by a password. Thus, you won't have to give this information again when you order next time. On the other hand, your credit card data is not stored.
Before sending your order, you will be asked to check the information given. You will be able to modify it if necessary. You will receive confirmation of your order on your e-mail address.
You can access your personal account at any time thanks to your e-mail address and your password. You can update your address, change your password and look at previous purchases. All you need to do is to click on "My account".
